DEMCO is the 2^nd largest EASA (Electrical Apparatus Service Association) shop in the state of Maryland. With the capability to repair and rebuild AC/DC Motors up to 3000HP @6600VAC, our Rebuild/Rewind Procedures exceed the EASA standards.
DEMCO is a factory warranty service and repair center for most of the motor manufacturers including but not limited to Toshiba, Baldor, Weg, and US Motors.

Pump Repair:
DEMCO repairs most all Brands and types of pumps including: Centrifugal, Submersible, Split Case, Diaphragm, etc. We will travel on-site to remove the pump and/or motor at the customer's request and after the repair is complete, DEMCO technicians can return to re-install and balance.

DEMCO has lead the industry in VFD service since the mid-1980's. We sell and service Toshiba VFDs from 1/2hp up to 10,000HP and have the capability to delivery inverters up to 500hp the next day. We provide On-site troubleshooting as well as installation and start up services.
DEMCO has several experienced factory authorized technicians that have been trained by Toshiba in Houston, Texas. These technicians, along with the support of Toshiba's top VFD specialists make it so there are very few situations that we cannot handle.
We are also experienced at performing on-site training on many of the VFD products and offer in-house training at DEMCO.

Computerized Dynamic Balancing:
DEMCO has recently upgraded our dynamic balancing software which allows us to balance your equipment more efficiently.
We have to ability to balance up to 10,000lbs and swing up to 84".

DEMCO has recently become a UL 508A panel building shop with the ability to design, build, and service Electrical Control Panels.
